If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

A credit card is required to guarantee the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. 

A booking of a minimum of 2 nights is required for reservation. Also, please note 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged in the case of a “no-show”. 

Additionally, should you depart the hotel earlier than your scheduled check out date, the amount charged for the unused nights on your original reservation cannot be refunded.

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any valuables in guest rooms or automobiles. We recommend that money and other personal valuables are secured in the room safe.
• Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are allowed to best serve people with special needs.
• Smoking is not allowed in any area of the hotel
• Please be aware that some of the tours we can arrange depend on weather conditions and tides. We may need to wait until your arrival to verify tour availability and make reservations at that time.
